The kitchen, masterfully managed by our Chefs, immerses visitors in the past with a look toward the future, blending the ancient arts of handcrafting and home cooking rooted in these lands with innovative techniques and the discovery of new tastes and flavors, all reinterpreted to feel like a little art gallery of taste!
The restaurant dining room will take you back to the ancient rustic country homes at the turn of the century with its furnishings, the choice of the materials and its large luminous windows, offering you moments of relaxation to indulge your senses. The love, professionalism and the availability of our entire staff, will allow you to have lunch and dinner in a refined and elegant environment, without losing the pleasure of feeling at home.
THE GALLERY OF TASTE
Each of our recipes is inspired by sensations of a specific moment in life. We explore the borders of images, flavors, colors and emotions … Study, testing, research and knowledge are the life force of our culinary creations, each presented with a "title" like a painting or a sculpture in an art gallery.
Our menu is new each month, following and respecting the passage of the seasons, the cycles of nature and the availability of Monferrato’s raw materials. Our careful and meticulous choice of small local producers allows our dishes to reawaken the flavors of the tradition of the lower Piedmont, linked with lands where we grew and that we represent. Our best partners and renowned national and international experts allow us to obtain some of the most exclusive niche products for our dishes, giving us the pleasure of discovering flavors and innovations of the world scene. We make all our own pastas, bread, and biscotti.
